A charge on your card

Our charges read LANGUAGE APP AI on a card statement. If one looks wrong — charged twice, charged after cancelling, or one you do not recognise — please write to us before disputing it with your bank: we answer quickly and will put it right. How cancelling and refunds work: Refunds & cancellation.
